1. Cancellation Policy
- Students or clients can request cancellation of their enrollment or purchased service at any time before the course/service start date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to visagandigitaledge@gmail.com.
- Once the course or service has commenced, cancellations may not be accepted, except under special circumstances reviewed by the management.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only eligible if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and before the course/service begins.
- Refund requests submitted after the course/service has started may not be entertained.
- Certain promotional or discounted offers may be non-refundable; this will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
- Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Registration or enrollment fees, if any, are generally non-refundable.
- Any third-party service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
5. Changes to Policy
- The company reserves the right to modify or update the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time.
- Updated policies will be communicated via email or posted on the official website.
